In the context of its Information Society Program ECLAC, United Nations, is launching its 3rd questionnaire about ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) priorities for the year 2010. Based on the previous two rounds, this 3rd questionnaire aims at gathering further input for a new Plan of Action after the completion of the Regional Plan of Action eLAC2007, which will be discussed in the frame of the Ministerial Conference about Information Society in Latin America and the Caribbean in El Salvador in November 2007. So far more than 700 experts have contributed to this unique exercise of participative policy making.
